#### **1. Scope**  
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between **Restaurant Atlantis** (hereinafter "the Operator") and its guests (hereinafter "the Customer") regarding the provision of restaurant services.  

#### **2. Reservations**  
- Reservations can be made by phone, email, or online (if available).  
- The Operator reserves the right to decline reservations without providing a reason.  
- If the Customer does not arrive or is more than **15 minutes late without prior notice**, the reserved table may be forfeited.  

#### **3. Cancellation of Group Bookings/Events**  
- For groups of **8 or more people** or special events, cancellations must be made at least **48 hours** in advance.  
- For late cancellations or no-shows, the Operator reserves the right to charge a **50% cancellation fee** based on the expected revenue.  

#### **4. Payment Terms**  
- Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the bill, either in cash or by debit/credit card (if accepted).  
- Split bills are only available upon prior arrangement.  
- In case of non-payment or fraudulent behavior, the Operator reserves the right to take legal action.  

#### **5. House Rules**  
- The Operator reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who disrupt operations, behave aggressively, or violate restaurant policies.  
- Bringing outside food and beverages is not permitted.  

#### **6. Liability**  
- The Operator is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.  
- The Operator is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure or misconduct by the Customer.  

#### **7. Data Protection**  
- Personal data (e.g., for reservations) will only be used for contract fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties (unless legally required).  
- The full privacy policy is available upon request.  

#### **8. Final Provisions**  
- Changes to these GTC will be announced and take effect upon publication.  
- The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is **Helgoland, Germany**.  
- If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
